Halloween has arrived and we are ready to celebrate.
Although delayed in getting any decorations in place I am pleased with what I accomplished.
Here is the front porch awaiting its evening guests.

And a few prized decorations adorn the interior.
On the kitchen windowsill are the sugar skulls Bishop and I made a couple years back alongside some simple votives.

Breakfast was served.
Little sausages were served alongside the traditional Halloween-y donuts.

Lunch was the traditional jack-o-lantern pizza, fruit, veggies, and our favorite orange sherbet punch.
After lunch we got busy decorating some monster cookies.
Just simple round sugar cookies and a variety of frostings, candies, sprinkles, some fondant and candy eyes - aren't they great?
They all had so much fun creating.
Then we decided to share the fun. We made a goodie box for Maceo's friends.
Then he and his girl were off to a Halloween party...
...and Bishop was off for some trick or treating with friends,
all while I stayed home passing out candy.
It was a fun day full of laughter.
I hope your day was filled with laughter as well.
Happy Halloween!
