Happy, happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!
Such a beautiful day. Herb, Maceo, Bishop and I spent the day together...
...munching on yummies...
...while watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.
Herb and Bishop brined the turkey and roasted it to perfect yumminess.
It was served along with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberries and rolls and pie. All delicious!
Heavenly Father, on Thanksgiving Day
We bow our hearts to you and pray.
We give you thanks for all You've done
Especially for the gift of Jesus, Your Son.
For beauty in nature, Your glory we see
For joy and health, friends and family,
For daily provisions, Your mercy and care
These are the blessings You graciously share.
So today we offer this response of praise
With a promise to follow You all of our days.

The Saturday following Thanksgiving found me celebrating with extended family as my niece, Sarah, graciously extended hospitality to all of us.
Her house was decorated in the most delightful fashion.
Dontcha' agree?

There was much silliness and a good time was had by all!
Thank you, sweet Sarah!!!
